Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add the butter and work until you get a farofa. Add water gradually until it forms a mass.
Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In another bowl, mix the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Open one of the parts of the dough and line a pie shape.
Place the apple filling on top of the dough.
Open the second part of the dough and cover the pie. Brush with beaten egg.

Add the rice and stir for a few minutes.
Pour the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the vegetable broth gradually, stirring constantly, until the rice is al dente and creamy.
Mix the parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Decorate with parsley before serving.
